The power-packed finals between Team Strangers and Team Gravity was inevitable; they both almost easily ran over their opponents on their way to the finals. And it was a finals match that meant all expectations.
The finals went to two overtimes before Gravity was able to come from behind to finally beat Strangers 22-19 and win the 3rd leg of Gainward CM Storm Nvidia CS 1.6 tournament. Vermillion Gaming captured third place by defeating Laughtrip 16-8. All top four teams will participate in the Grand Finals that will be held today at Villman-Lenovo Cyber/Gaming Cafe, SM Megamall.

Today will decide who will become the ultimate champion of the Gainward CM Storm Nvidia CS 1.6 Tournament. The top prize of PHP 15,000 will be given to the tournament's first placer. The gaming event is sponsored by Gainward and Cooler Master Storm, which will give away a grand total of PHP27,000 in cash plus other merchandises. The tournament is made possible with the help of Adcentrix, CM Storm Fairview Gaming and Rig Builders Alliance, with coverage provided by The Cyberathlete Professional League.
