Members of the Team Immortals were already seen at the 1st leg of the Gainward Nvidia Counter-Strike 1.6 tournament despite being slotted the next day. True enough, their dedication to the game of CS paid off as they topped the 2nd leg by beating Boya 16-6 in the finals.
Early favorites Wara had to come from behind after being down in the first half to grab third place against RND Batangas 16-12. The fifth and last grand finals slot was filled in by Team Enterdotcom by scoring 7 points against CM Storm Fairview Gaming in a bonus match. All top five teams will qualify for the grand finals which will have a top prize of PHP 15,000 plus other items.
