Team Giants, has recently signed Borja González, aka 'GuMmY', and commissioned him to lead a reformed Counterstrike 1.6 squad, after two years of inactivity in the CS competitive scene.
The Giants’ reformed CS 1.6 squad will be composed of an all-Spanish roster - YuRk0, xhiroz, power, and rai. Since 2009, the Giants had been inactive in the Counterstrike professional gaming scene. Also, the other four members of the team, namely - - YuRk0, xhiroz, power, and rai – were ex-members of x6tence.
Here is the new official roster of Giants’ new Counterstrike 1.6 division:
 - Borja 'GuMmY' González
- Christopher 'poWer' Rodriguez
- Carlos 'xhiroz' Puente
- Yzan 'rai' Cobacho Lucas
- Jose 'YuRk0' Antón Aspas
As of the moment, the Giants still haven’t announced what their future plans are for their CS 1.6 squad. Stay tuned to the CPL for more e-sports updates!
